Linda’s search experience was preceded by a successful career in advertising and marketing, during which she worked at several top global advertising agencies.

Dr. Bernard Godley brings to our firm an impeccable academic and medical background, having accomplished several milestones as a practitioner, professor and researcher throughout his career.

Dr. Godley will help extend our global presence in the field of academic healthcare leadership with his strong reputation, combined with his hands-on understanding of the talent and leadership issues facing the higher education profession.

Prior to joining Fusion, Dr. Godley was a Senior Client Partner at a global search firm where he transformed search execution with LEAN principles and the use of videoconferencing technology. He subsequently built and led the Academic and Life Sciences Practice at another firm where he innovated approaches to minimize implicit bias during candidate selection.

Based in the UK, Dickon has spent over 30 years in the tech sector, around a decade of which he spent in house running recruitment teams for the likes of Yahoo!, Betfair and Arise Virtual Solutions in EMEA. A former software engineer, he has run his own search firm and has been instrumental in the scaling of a series of challenger recruitment brands on both sides of the Atlantic. His focus has been primarily on product, engineering, gtm, people and ops leadership roles for start ups, scale ups and companies undertaking strategic change.

Awarded a Bardship by the Cornish Gorsedh in 2024 for services to Cornish culture through rugby, he also is the longest serving Director of Rugby in England for London Cornish RFC, a role he undertakes on a purely voluntary basis.

Based in the US, Hank focuses on assignments for commercial leaders, typically with marketing, advanced analytics and sales backgrounds—C-level executives with P&L or functional responsibilities who serve as pivotal catalysts for driving growth and improving performance at companies seeking to improve strategic focus on their customers.

Immediately prior to his career in search, Hank held leadership roles, including CEO and COO, with several early stage and middle-market companies. Earlier, he led global marketing and sales organizations for several Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble, Verizon, and IBM. Hank’s Clients value his strategic insights, collaborative approach and deep involvement in their search engagements.

Laura brings over 15 years of Executive Search experience in Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Venture capital, Lifesciences Tools, Digital Health, and Cell and Gene therapy, with clients ranging from small start ups to large corporations.

Prior to joining Fusion, Laura ran her own boutique search firm where she was instrumental in the building of multiple unicorns in biotechnology, medical devices, and diagnostics. Laura enjoys working with clients to navigate their dynamic growth, identifying talent that can lead and grow with their organizations.

Mat Bates is a Co-Founder and Partner at AcuityX in Abu Dhabi, an executive consulting firm that enhances organizational effectiveness through tailored services in HR Solutions, Health & Wellbeing, Corporate Structuring, and Consulting.

Prior to AcuityX, Mat was a Partner at a global executive search firm specializing in Healthcare, Education, Technology, and Government. With over a decade as an executive search consultant, he has successfully placed C-suite executives and senior leaders across the Middle East, North America, Europe, and Africa, building a diverse client portfolio.

Mathew previously worked at Korn Ferry, leading the public sector practice, and at Odgers Berndtson, where he gained experience across various sectors.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Health, and Physical Development and an MBA from the University of Newcastle, Australia, with early career experience in leadership development and education consulting in Australia, the UK and the Middle East.

Daryn is a dynamic executive search professional with experience connecting top talent to leading organizations.

A graduate of The Ohio State University, Daryn’s search career began at a NYC firm where she specialized in recruiting technical talent of all levels for a diverse range of companies, from innovative startups to multinational corporations.

Prior to joining Fusion Search Partners, Daryn was brought on to lead recruitment efforts at a growing Fintech Startup. She successfully built out a strong C-Suite leadership team as well as scaled teams across key areas including sales, marketing, finance, engineering, and product. Through her commitment to building lasting relationships and fostering high-performing teams, Daryn has established herself as a trusted partner in the executive search field.

Aisha is results driven professional with over 6 years of experience in Executive Search - successfully identifying and securing top tier talent for leading organizations and managing the life cycle of a search.

With a Bachelors in Business and Management from University of London, Aisha works remotely from Pakistan and shuttles often to United States to partner on various projects.
